Dashboard

Real-time data, ranging from basic to detailed helps you keep track of your applications, devices, assets, facilities, and users connected to the SCP. You can also easily customize the Dashboard to view any important parameters and quickly obtain reports of system KPIs to make decisions for any system's circumstance.

Device

You can query all device data from basic to detailed information and control all devices registered in your applications. SCP provides comprehensive reports which give you information about device lists, connection status and operation status. The system also quickly lets you know if there is a problem with your device and what is wrong exactly so that it can be quickly resolved. In the meantime it summarizes the reports so that you can create your own plan for improving, upgrading and supervising your system in the future.

Application

SCP supports you closely in the process of application development, upgrading and management. Our platform will support any kind of application and meet all business requirements. Your application will go live promptly and quickly connect and control devices. Once it is connected you have complete control over your assets. Open APIs are also supported for connecting to other systems.

Alert & Alarm

You will be able to manage all alarms and alerts in the system and to configure alarm conditions, alarm rules and notification methods so that users will receive alarms and alerts instantly. SCP provides 2 types of Alarm rules: Common alarm and Custom alarm to facilitate alarm configuration. The system also provides both real-time and past alarm reports which categorize alarms and alerts into different levels of severity.

MSIM

For those devices that run with a Data SIM to connect to the Internet, SCP provides the Machine SIM provisioning system (MSIM) which allows customers, and service providers to quickly and automatically procure ready-to-use SIMs with a large quantity (batch providing) for M2M applications and devices, no matter GPRS or 3G, 4G SIMs. The MSIM system helps you save time, proactively select any data plan that is suitable for your usage and provides a SIM diagnostics feature whenever your Machine SIM experiences problems.

API/SDK

As an open platform, SCP provides hundreds of APIs, SDKs for IoT application development for any vertical industry. No matter what SCP application model you are using, external or hosted, or what programming languages that you specialize in you can easily make use of our APIs/ SDK.You can even get source code samples to tailor to your IoT application. SCP will frequently update many more APIs/SDKs to meet your needs in IoT application development.

The SCP defines user roles and permissions to grant access to any feature in the system. You can easily limit access or set privileges for both individual and group users. The system also has a Configuration sub-system that is flexible and powerful enough for you to manage setup for any requirement that you have. SCP never stops implementing features to support you.
